Right of Cancellation for Consumers

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons. This cancellation period begins from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item in your order.

You may use the template cancellation form provided, although it’s not mandatory. To comply with the cancellation period, you only need to dispatch the notification of your intent to cancel before the end of the fourteen-day period.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notification. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier. You must return or hand over the goods without delay, and in any event within fourteen days from the day you notified us of the cancellation. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of Cancellation

Please note that certain exclusions apply, and a right of cancellation does not exist for customized goods or goods made to individual specifications.
