BASTION is a LUXURY Safe, Tested and Certified for Fire Resistance by UL (Underwriters Laboratories Inc, Chicago) and certified for 120 minutes

CONSTRUCTION
•Double walled steel body and door. • Automatic mechanism to ensure bolts are in place and able to resist fire whenever the door is closed. • Interlocking systems for double doors models to prevent the safe from being left open. • Anchoring facility to fix the safe on the floor and prevent from unauthorized removal.
FIRE TESTING
• To ensure that you benefit from advanced fire resistance, the Bastion range is subject- ed to an extensive fire testing process that consists of placing the cabinets in a furnace, heating it to a temperature of 1000degree C or more for two hours, and analysing the internal tenperature both during furnace heating and the cooling down process once the furnace burners have been turned off.
CUSTOMIZATION
  • The safes can be painted with any colours.
  • The safe can be covered with Genuine or Artificial leather with any colours.
  • The drawers can be made with any Wood or covered with Genuine leather/Artificial Leather/Microfibre.
  • The interior of the drawers can be made with Linen, Alacantra or Suede.
  • Different types of handles can be provided.
  • Push to open, pull to open, removable drawers can be provided.
  • We can tailor the safe’s interior to your specific needs, incorporating multipurpose storage, designated drawers, and a gun rack if desired.
LOCKING OPTIONS
  • Manual key lock or high-security electronic lock (Class B) or dual locking facility. Electronic Lock Features:
  • 1 master code & 1 user code.
  • Time delay. Up to 99 minutes before door unlocks.
  • Opening window. Adjustable between 1-19 minutes.

1. S&G Titan Electronic Lock

Engineered for high security residential and commercial applications, the S&G Titan supports up to ten user codes, in addition to Master, Supervisor, and Time Delay override codes. It features a powerful motorized bolt mechanism rated to 225 lb of resistance and provides flexible operation modes such as Single, Dual Control, and Manager/Employee settings. The Titan is EMP resistant and includes a Master Reset Code to ensure secure recovery and continuity, even in the event of lost credentials.

2. SecuRamSafeLogic Basic Direct Drive

Ideal for safes with direct-drive boltwork, the SafeLogic Basic Direct Drive lock provides robust performance with minimal complexity. It supports one Manager code and one 6-digit User code. It features a powerful motorized bolt mechanism that retracts automatically after a valid code is entered. A no‑twist cable design enhances durability, and a single 9‑volt battery powers approximately 10,000 openings. The lock is fully field-programmable and features a standard footprint for seamless retrofitting.

3. SecuRamScanLogic Basic Biometric Lock

The ScanLogic Basic combines advanced biometric access with simplicity and reliability. It supports up to 3 six-digit access codes, each accommodating up to 5 stored fingerprints—for a total of 15. The RF sensor reads fingerprints in approximately one second, ensuring fast, secure entry. After successful authentication, the user must manually operate the safe handle to open. Powered by a 9-volt battery, the lock offers around 4,000 openings. Its standard mounting footprint ensures compatibility with most safe installations.

4. EN 1300 certified double-bitted Key lock (Class A)
Crafted with precision engineering, this mechanical lock uses a uniquely designed double-bitted key, which provides a higher level of security than conventional single-bitted designs. The symmetrical, double-bladed key engages with multiple internal levers, making the lock resistant to common manipulation techniques such as picking or decoding
